Privacy Policy

Information we access

When you install the App, we access the following from Shopify:

• Store session details — your shop domain, an access token, and related session metadata. This is stored securely so the App stays connected to your store.
• Product data — product titles, SKUs, barcodes, prices, handles, images, and variant details. This is read on demand to generate labels and is rendered in your browser.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not access or store customer names, emails, or addresses.
• We do not access orders, payment, or financial information.
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or tracking.

How we use information

Product data is used solely to render printable SKU, barcode, and QR labels inside the App. Generated barcodes and QR codes are created in your browser. Session data is used only to authenticate the App with your store.

Data storage & retention

Session records are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Product data is processed in memory to build labels and is not retained on our servers after your session. When you uninstall the App, the associated session data is deleted.

GDPR & mandatory webhooks

The App implements Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request — we hold no customer data, so there is nothing to return.
• customers/redact — we hold no customer data, so there is nothing to delete.
• shop/redact — when a store is closed or the App is uninstalled, we delete the store’s session data.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access tokens are stored securely. The App runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with restricted access.

Your choices

You can uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin, which revokes its access and triggers deletion of session data. You may also contact us to request deletion of any data we hold.
