Quick troubleshooting

  • Labels look cut off? Use your browser’s print dialog, set margins to “Default,” and disable “Fit to page.”
  • QR code doesn’t open a product? Make sure the product is published to the Online Store sales channel.
  • Barcode is blank? The variant may be missing a barcode value — the App will fall back to the SKU where possible.
  • App won’t load? Try reinstalling from your Shopify admin, then refresh.
